Tuesdays at 9:30 – 10:45 am
A central focus of this class will be the spine and back health. You will learn simple exercises that mobilize the spine and release holding patterns of stress in the lower back, upper back and neck. From the spine outward, we will cultivate strength and balance when moving the whole body from head to toe. Practical connections to everyday movements such as walking will also be highlighted. Explore in a gentle way, moving with less strain and more ease.
