Tuesdays at 10:00 am – 11:30 am
A central focus of this class will be the spine. You will learn simple exercises that mobilize the spine and release strain held in the body. We will move mindfully through yoga poses to cultivate a strong and supple body. Practical connections to everyday movements such as walking will also be highlighted. Each class concludes with time for rest and relaxation. This class provides space and time to connect with a more centred version of ourselves. Explore in a gentle way, moving with less strain and more ease.
